Q. Deployment failed. What should I do?
Please check the connection status of GitHub and Vercel. Tokens might have expired. Logging in again to refresh the connection usually resolves most issues.
Q. I lost my license key.
Please contact [email protected] with the email used at purchase. We will re-issue the license key after confirming payment.
Q. How do I connect a domain?
A vercel.app subdomain is automatically assigned after deployment. To connect a purchased custom domain, additional settings are available in the Vercel dashboard.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not possible after deployment is complete. However, if deployment doesn't proceed at all due to technical issues, a full refund will be provided.
Q. Can I modify the template?
Yes! The deployed template is 100% user-owned. You are free to modify and expand it in your GitHub repository.
