End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ZeroPack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
- ZeroPack provides automated website deployment services using GitHub and Vercel integrations.
- The Service facilitates the creation of repositories and configuration of hosting environments.
- Users must have valid GitHub and Vercel accounts to use the Service.

3. License Grants & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, ZeroPack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided templates.
- Starter License: Valid for a single end-product. You may not resell or redistribute the source code as-is.
- Pro/Agency License: Valid for multiple end-products as specified in your plan. Source code redistribution for client projects is permitted, but public resale of the template is prohibited per se.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be calculated and added by Lemon Squeezy based on your location at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
The generated source code becomes your property upon successful deployment, subject to the license restrictions. ZeroPack retains ownership of the underlying platform and template designs prior to purchase.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS". ZeroPack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that GitHub, Vercel, or other third-party services will be available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
